A request for videos, a workshop or a training day is an entry point. We start by understanding the work that should improve, who has to do it, and where they will get a chance to practise.

A complete journey with a cohort calendar, learner preparation, facilitated activities, work outputs and an evaluation report. You know what learners do before, during and after each live intervention.

How it is priced
Scope first, then a proposal.
A design or adaptation fee, a cohort delivery fee, and an explicitly scoped platform and support component. Cohort size and facilitator coverage are confirmed against the exercises rather than promised as unlimited.

Online learning runs on the Potential.com platform. If you need the materials inside your own LMS, package type, version and behaviour are tested in your environment as a scoped piece of work.
Where the boundaries are
What we will and will not promise.
- Live sessions are designed around the work learners will do together. We do not replay the online content in the room.
- Where preparation is incomplete, there is a concise catch-up route. Readiness data guides support; it is not an unexplained barrier to taking part.
- A pre-post increase on its own does not establish that training caused a business result. Stronger impact claims need a baseline and comparison agreed before delivery.
