Sample learning package
Feedback and delegation for first line managers
Our flagship sample journey: a week of preparation, a half-day workshop built around practice, then a month of supported application at work.
A proposed sample journey prepared by Potential Courses. It is not a client case and the durations are illustrative, not a standard.
The journey
Before, during and after the live session.
Audience: First line managers, 8–16 per cohort
Languages: English, Arabic
- 01
Diagnose
The sponsor names the management behaviour that should improve and the group it applies to. Learners complete a short baseline assessment.
- 02
Prepare
Two self-paced lessons on feedback and delegation, a written scenario, and a reflection on a real management challenge the learner is facing now.
Illustrative allocation: 60–90 minutes spread across a week
- 03
Practice
A half-day workshop. The facilitator opens with the common difficulties from the readiness check, then runs paired practice, delegation decisions and a team case. Learners get rubric-based feedback and revise a conversation plan.
Most of the session is doing, discussion and feedback
- 04
Apply
Each learner applies one agreed behaviour at work, completes a reflection and joins a coaching or peer-review session. Their manager uses a simple observation guide.
Across the following month
- 05
Review
A post-assessment and a review of the work evidence with the sponsor, ending in a decision about reinforcement or the next cohort.

Ask and we will send the complete package, including the facilitator materials. The first meaningful demonstration on this page is deliberately not behind a form — the enquiry is for the parts we would normally walk you through.
What this shows
The honest version.
Because this is a sample, there are no outcome figures attached to it. What it demonstrates is the design: every objective maps to preparation, a practised activity, an assessment and a work output.
What it does not show
No learner results, completion rates or business outcomes are claimed for this journey. Outcome evidence is reported only from delivered engagements with the client's approval.
