What you receive
A matched facilitator or coach, a clear session plan, agreed participant outputs, preparation requirements and follow-up.
- Named expert with approved biography, specialties and delivery languages
- Session plan with timings, activities and the output participants leave with
- Preparation required from participants and from the sponsor
- Agreed follow-up: reflection, coaching, peer review or manager check-in
- A replacement process if the named expert becomes unavailable
How it is priced
Scope first, then a proposal.
Preparation, delivery and follow-up are scoped and priced separately. The agreement defines the number and length of sessions, group size, format and location.

Cancellation terms, the substitution process and availability are confirmed in the proposal. A network introduction on its own is not the finished service.
Where the boundaries are
What we will and will not promise.
- Delivery can use our materials or your own, after an instructional and rights review.
- For coaching, goals, session structure and what the client receives are agreed up front. Aggregate progress reporting is separate from private coaching notes.
- Availability is confirmed at scheduling. We do not commit a named expert in a proposal before their schedule is checked.
