Something better at work

A schematic of one learning journey. Screens and documents shown on this site are labelled as samples; they are not client results.

Our method

Prepare online. Put the learning into practice together.

Learners build their understanding at their own pace before the live session. Facilitators then guide them through practical exercises, real situations and feedback. Follow-up assignments and coaching help them use the learning in their day-to-day work.

  1. 01

    Learn at your pace

Learners complete self-paced text, video and resources on the Potential.com platform.

  2. 02

    Practise with experts

Live time is used for cases, role-play, decisions and coached exercises — not a replay of the content.

  3. 03

    Use it at work

Each learner tries a defined task at work with manager or coach support.

Three ways to work together

Commission content, run a program, or bring in the right expert.

Each is a service you can buy on its own. Combined and maintained over a year, they become a managed academy.

Multilingual Content and Curriculum

Commission curricula, assessments, text, PDFs, videos and learning resources designed for your audience and languages.

Build learning content around your people, priorities and languages.

Flipped Learning Programs

Bring online preparation, practical workshops and workplace application into one supported journey.

Prepare online. Practice together. Apply the learning at work.

Facilitation and Coaching

Match your learning challenge with facilitators and coaches who support practice, reflection and improvement.

Bring experienced facilitators and coaches into the work your teams need to do.

Managed academies

The recurring combination of all three: a maintained curriculum, scheduled cohorts, language expansion, expert delivery and periodic outcome review. A leadership academy, a customer-service academy or a government capability program.

Capability areas

Six areas, configured to your roles and context.

Examples and materials adapt to a business or a government context: the situations, terminology and outputs change, while the learning objectives and assessment logic stay coherent.

The most useful thing we can show you is one journey end to end: the curriculum map, a self-paced lesson, a captioned video, an assessment example, a facilitator exercise and the job aid the learner takes to work.

Where two languages are ready, you can compare the equivalent assets side by side. We never publish live assessment answer banks, private coaching material or client learner records.

Facilitators and coaches

The right expert for the work, not a directory.

We match on capability area, sector, the languages a person can genuinely facilitate a complex session in, format and real availability. Every facilitator gets the objectives, the readiness findings and the rubrics before they deliver.

Evidence

We report participation as participation.

Our reports keep access, learning, demonstrated practice and use at work separate, with the denominator and the limits alongside the finding. A pre-post increase does not on its own establish that training caused a business result, and we will not present it as though it does.

Common questions

Before you get in touch.

Can you use our existing materials?
We can review and adapt materials you are authorized to use, then identify what needs updating, restructuring or supplementing.
Can you create multilingual versions?
We scope the required languages across content, assessments, media and delivery. The proposal confirms which versions are available and which need to be developed.
Can you deliver face to face?
Yes. We design face-to-face activities around practice and application, with facilitators matched to the topic, audience and delivery requirements.
Can we buy content or facilitation separately?
Yes. You can commission content, arrange a scoped intervention, or combine the services into a complete program.
Where does online learning take place?
Our programs use the Potential.com platform. If you need materials for an existing learning system, we will assess the required formats and integration as part of scoping.
How will we know whether it worked?
We agree the learning objectives and evaluation approach before delivery, using assessments, practical outputs and follow-up evidence appropriate to the program.
