About

A specialist learning company, with a platform behind it.

Potential Courses, Inc. is a Delaware-registered learning design and delivery company and a sister company of Potential.com. We create multilingual curricula and learning resources, then support practical application through our network of facilitators and coaches. Our programs use Potential.com's online platform for self-paced learning and continued engagement.

The name

We are not a course catalogue.

The name can suggest a shelf of videos. What we actually sell is a learning journey or a capability program: curriculum development, practical workshops and coaching. Even when a client starts by buying a single content asset or one workshop, that is the unit of work we are designing towards.

Who does what

Potential Courses and Potential.com, in one table.

On a joint engagement there is one relationship owner, one learning lead and one delivery plan. The proposal makes the contracting entity, the platform provision, the data responsibilities and the support contacts explicit.

Who we work with

The buyer usually starts with something they can observe.

The strongest first conversation names the work that should improve, the learner group, a business sponsor and the chance to practise. Sometimes the real constraint is a process, an incentive or a missing tool — in that case we scope learning around the part it can realistically address, and say so.

Where we sit in the network

Clear edges with our sister brands.

Potential Courses leads curriculum, learning materials and facilitated capability development. Potential.com leads platform provision and broader stakeholder programs.

NGB.ai leads agentic business solutions. We can design the learning and adoption program around an NGB deployment; the AI work assistant itself remains an NGB or shared-platform capability.

Meditari contributes advisory work and leadership expertise — with a clear line between diagnosing an organizational issue and delivering a learning intervention. Potential.org brings community and sponsored-program opportunities. LIT supports event production where required.

Where we compete

Integrated learning services are an established category.

GP Strategies publicly combines learning content development, delivery and learning operations. FranklinCovey combines content, technology, facilitated experiences and coaching. Their existence means our combination is not, by itself, unusual.

What we differentiate on is client-specific learning design, multilingual consistency, a practical flipped method, suitable facilitators, and continuity into workplace application. We would rather show you a sample journey than claim to be the largest provider of anything.
