Terms

How to read what is on this site.

The short version: samples are samples, a proposal is the contract, and an enquiry is a request for a conversation rather than a booking.

What this website is

This website is published by Potential Courses, Inc., incorporated in delaware, united states. It describes our services and shows examples of our work.

Nothing on this website is an offer, a quotation or a contract. Services are contracted through a signed proposal or agreement that names the contracting entity, the scope, the deliverables, the languages, the delivery arrangements and the fees.

Samples and examples

Material labelled as a sample is illustrative. It shows how we design a learning journey and what our assets look like. It is not a record of client work and carries no claim about learner results or business outcomes.

Where we show delivered work, the original provider is named. Experience described as Potential.com group experience belongs to Potential.com and is labelled as such.

Durations, cohort sizes and effort allocations shown in samples are illustrative, not a standard we are committing to.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including our curriculum frameworks, sample materials, assessment examples and facilitator materials, belongs to us or to our licensors.

In a client engagement, rights are set out in the proposal: what you may use, adapt, translate and distribute, and whether editable source files are delivered. Reusable background material, material you provide, and newly commissioned work are listed separately. Nothing transfers automatically by implication.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting the enquiry form creates a request for a conversation. It does not enroll anyone on a course, and it does not book a named facilitator or coach — availability is confirmed at scheduling.

A meeting is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation for it. An on-screen acknowledgement of your request is not a confirmed booking.

The learning platform

Our programs use the Potential.com platform for self-paced learning and continued engagement. Learner access, platform administration and learning records are governed by Potential.com's terms and by the agreement with your organization.

If you need materials inside your own learning system, the package type, version and behaviour are tested in your environment as a scoped piece of work. We do not claim blanket compatibility with any standard.

Accuracy and change

We keep this site accurate, and we label what is illustrative. Service descriptions, capability areas and examples change as our materials and delivery capacity change.

Before launch

Governing law, liability, the exact contracting entity details and the registered address need confirmation by Potential Courses, Inc. and its counsel before public launch.
