Examples

Look at the work before you talk to us.

A sample shows how we design a journey and what the assets look like. A case reports work that was actually delivered, with the provider named. We keep those two things apart, on this page and everywhere else.

Sample learning packages

Illustrative journeys, built to the same standard as client work.

No learner results or business outcomes are claimed for these. What they demonstrate is the design: every objective maps to preparation, a practised activity, an assessment and a work output.

  • SampleLeadershipEnglishArabic

Feedback and delegation for first line managers

Our flagship sample journey: a week of preparation, a half-day workshop built around practice, then a month of supported application at work.

Audience: First line managers, 8–16 per cohort

Assets: 6 items, 5 inspectable without a login

  • SampleCustomer serviceEnglishArabic

Service recovery for a citizen-facing team

The same instructional design as a commercial customer-service program, re-scened for a public-service context: the situations, terminology and success measures change, the objectives and assessment logic do not.

Audience: Counter and contact-centre staff in a government service unit

Assets: 3 items, 1 inspectable without a login

Delivery examples

Work that exists, attributed to whoever delivered it.

Potential.com group experience stays labelled as Potential.com group experience. It is not converted into Potential Courses delivery counts or learning outcomes.

  • Delivered by Potential.comEnglish

Leadership Essentials on the Potential.com platform

An existing published program on educate.potential.com with a pre-test, a post-test and units spanning strategy, leadership, marketing, sales and operations. It is the clearest visible example of the learning structure this company builds on.

Client cases are being prepared

We are developing two to three learning engagements into full cases: the client need, the audience, the capability, the languages, the learning design, the delivery format, the original provider, and the results with their measurement limits. Each one publishes only once the client has approved the name, the quotations and the work examples. Until then, the samples above are the honest demonstration of what we do.
