Solutions

Commission content, run a program, or bring in the right expert.

Each of these is a service you can buy on its own. Combined and maintained over a year, they become a managed academy. Every proposal separates the instructional work from the production volume, and reusable material from work commissioned for you.

01 — Multilingual Content and Curriculum

A coherent learning program or content library that fits the audience, the organization and the languages required.

Build learning content around your people, priorities and languages.

Design

  • Needs analysis with the business sponsor
  • Competency and learning objective mapping
  • Curriculum architecture and sequencing
  • Pre-tests, post-tests and item blueprints

Production

  • Text lessons and structured learner content
  • Accessible PDFs and workbooks
  • Video scripts, production, transcripts and captions
  • Job aids, scenarios and facilitator guides

Language

  • Localization across content, media and assessment
  • Translation review by a subject-aware reviewer
  • A published language matrix per program
  • Right-to-left layout and interface checks

What you receive

A versioned learning package with objectives, learner assets, assessment materials, delivery guidance, language variants and an agreed publishing format.

  • Curriculum map: audience, prerequisites, objectives, sequence, estimated effort and assessment map
  • Learner content: structured text, examples, visuals, video or audio where useful, downloadable support
  • Assessments: pre and post forms, item blueprint, answer rationale, scoring rules and feedback
  • Facilitator pack: run of show, preparation data, prompts, model responses, adaptations and debrief guidance
  • Release manifest: asset IDs, languages, versions, rights, accessibility checks, owner and review date

How it is priced

Project fee by agreed curriculum and asset scope. We price the instructional work as well as the production volume — a PDF, a video or a translation is an asset inside the package, not the package itself.

Shown separately

  • Localization into each additional language
  • Filming, animation, voiceover and subtitling
  • Editing rounds beyond the agreed number
  • Major revisions and ongoing maintenance
  • Delivery of editable source files

A bespoke development assignment and a licence to reuse an existing library are different commercial arrangements. The proposal states which one applies.

What we will not promise

  • We approve a representative prototype with you before producing the full library, so tone, depth and quality are judged early.
  • Reusable background material, client-provided material and newly commissioned work are listed separately in every proposal.
  • Rights to use, adapt, translate, distribute and receive source files are stated explicitly. Nothing is assumed to transfer automatically.

02 — Flipped Learning Programs

People have to practise and apply a capability, with support that extends beyond content access.

Prepare online. Practice together. Apply the learning at work.

Before

  • Self-paced preparation on the Potential.com platform
  • A baseline assessment and knowledge checks
  • A readiness summary sent to the facilitator
  • Agreed protected learning time with the sponsor

During

  • Hands-on facilitated workshops, in person or live virtual
  • Cases, role-play, decisions and coached exercises
  • Rubric-based feedback on observed performance
  • A tangible output from every live session

After

  • A defined task applied at work with manager support
  • Coaching or peer review during the application period
  • Post-assessment and review of the work evidence
  • An evaluation report and agreed next actions

What you receive

A complete journey with a cohort calendar, learner preparation, facilitated activities, work outputs and an evaluation report. You know what learners do before, during and after each live intervention.

  • Cohort calendar with preparation windows, live dates and the application period
  • Learner preparation assets and readiness reporting
  • Facilitated session plans with the output each session produces
  • Workplace assignment, manager observation guide and coaching schedule
  • Evaluation report covering participation, learning, demonstrated practice and application evidence

How it is priced

A design or adaptation fee, a cohort delivery fee, and an explicitly scoped platform and support component. Cohort size and facilitator coverage are confirmed against the exercises rather than promised as unlimited.

Shown separately

  • Additional language production
  • Venues, travel and subsistence
  • Extra coaching sessions
  • Extended platform access beyond the agreed period
  • Additional cohorts

Online learning runs on the Potential.com platform. If you need the materials inside your own LMS, package type, version and behaviour are tested in your environment as a scoped piece of work.

What we will not promise

  • Live sessions are designed around the work learners will do together. We do not replay the online content in the room.
  • Where preparation is incomplete, there is a concise catch-up route. Readiness data guides support; it is not an unexplained barrier to taking part.
  • A pre-post increase on its own does not establish that training caused a business result. Stronger impact claims need a baseline and comparison agreed before delivery.

03 — Facilitation and Coaching

A capable expert to support practical learning, a leadership intervention or continued application at work.

Bring experienced facilitators and coaches into the work your teams need to do.

Formats

  • Facilitated workshops and simulations
  • Action-learning groups
  • Leadership and strategy sessions
  • Individual and group coaching
  • Train-the-facilitator support

Matching

  • Capability area and sector experience
  • Languages a person can confidently facilitate in
  • Delivery format and location
  • Demonstrated facilitation ability and coaching credentials

Preparation

  • Objectives, learner context and readiness findings
  • Activity plan, rubrics and escalation contact
  • An observed rehearsal for a new program
  • Post-delivery feedback, outputs and observations

What you receive

A matched facilitator or coach, a clear session plan, agreed participant outputs, preparation requirements and follow-up.

  • Named expert with approved biography, specialties and delivery languages
  • Session plan with timings, activities and the output participants leave with
  • Preparation required from participants and from the sponsor
  • Agreed follow-up: reflection, coaching, peer review or manager check-in
  • A replacement process if the named expert becomes unavailable

How it is priced

Preparation, delivery and follow-up are scoped and priced separately. The agreement defines the number and length of sessions, group size, format and location.

Shown separately

  • Travel and delivery location costs
  • Additional coaching cycles
  • Materials development or adaptation
  • Rehearsal and train-the-facilitator time

Cancellation terms, the substitution process and availability are confirmed in the proposal. A network introduction on its own is not the finished service.

What we will not promise

  • Delivery can use our materials or your own, after an instructional and rights review.
  • For coaching, goals, session structure and what the client receives are agreed up front. Aggregate progress reporting is separate from private coaching notes.
  • Availability is confirmed at scheduling. We do not commit a named expert in a proposal before their schedule is checked.

Capability areas

Six areas, configured to the work your people actually do.

These are the curriculum frameworks we build from. We publish individual course titles only when the assets and the delivery scope behind them are ready — the badge on each area says where it stands.

Leadership

Sample available

Feedback, delegation, team management and leading change

Hands-on output: A practised conversation, a team charter or a development plan

A representative sample from this area can be inspected on the Examples page.

  • Giving feedback that changes behaviour
  • Delegating work and following up without taking it back
  • Managing performance conversations
  • Leading a team through a change in how it works

In a business

A first line manager rehearses a difficult feedback conversation with a peer and a facilitator, then holds the real one within two weeks.

In government

A department supervisor rehearses the same conversation using a public-service performance framework and their own team's workload.

Strategy

In development

Priorities, strategic choices, execution and performance review

Hands-on output: A strategy map, a priority plan or an execution review

Materials for this area are being assembled and reviewed before publication.

  • Turning direction into a small number of priorities
  • Making and defending a strategic choice
  • Building an execution plan people can follow
  • Running an honest performance review

In a business

A leadership team narrows eleven initiatives to three and writes what it will stop doing.

In government

A directorate maps its mandate to public value, service quality and interdepartmental dependencies rather than revenue.

Marketing

In development

Audience insight, positioning, campaigns and measurement

Hands-on output: A campaign brief, an audience proposition or a measurement plan

Materials for this area are being assembled and reviewed before publication.

  • Understanding an audience before writing a message
  • Writing a proposition that survives a competitor comparison
  • Briefing and running a campaign
  • Measuring what the campaign actually changed

In a business

A marketing team rewrites a product proposition and tests it against two competitors.

In government

A communications team plans a public awareness campaign with a defined behaviour change and a measurement approach.

Sales

In development

Discovery, qualification, proposals, negotiation and account planning

Hands-on output: A role-play, an account plan or an improved proposal

Materials for this area are being assembled and reviewed before publication.

  • Running a discovery conversation that finds the real need
  • Qualifying out early and honestly
  • Writing a proposal a buyer can approve internally
  • Planning an account rather than chasing a deal

In a business

An account manager rebuilds a live proposal after a scored role-play and a peer review.

In government

A partnerships team adapts the same structure for stakeholder engagement and mandate-aligned proposals.

Customer service

Sample available

Enquiry handling, service recovery, empathy and escalation

Hands-on output: A service scenario response and an improved customer or citizen journey

A representative sample from this area can be inspected on the Examples page.

  • Handling an enquiry to a clear resolution
  • Recovering a service failure
  • Using empathy without losing control of the call
  • Escalating with the right information

In a business

A service team works a recovery scenario from a real complaint log and rewrites the response.

In government

A citizen-service team works the same scenario as a counter and call-centre interaction against the published service standard.

Operations

Scoped on request

Process mapping, problem solving, project execution and coordination

Hands-on output: A process map, an improvement experiment or an operating checklist

Built to your roles, scenarios and languages as a commissioned program.

  • Mapping how work actually flows today
  • Finding the cause rather than the symptom
  • Running a small improvement experiment
  • Coordinating work across teams

In a business

An operations team maps an order-to-delivery handover and removes two approval steps.

In government

A service unit maps an interdepartmental approval route and agrees one owner per step.

AI adoption is a thread, not the headline

Where a client's roles require it, AI use runs through the relevant capability as practical exercises: what to delegate to a tool, how to check its output, and where judgement still belongs to the person. We design the learning; any live agent product used inside a program comes from NGB.ai or the relevant platform team.

Government audiences: same objectives, different scenery

Examples adapt to public-service mandates, stakeholder engagement, interdepartmental coordination and responsible service delivery, using your approved policies and scenarios. Jurisdiction-specific or regulated material is reviewed by a topic specialist before delivery.

Managed academies

All three, maintained across a year.

A maintained curriculum, scheduled cohorts, language expansion, expert delivery and periodic outcome review — a leadership academy, a customer-service academy or a government capability program.

Annual commitments are scoped around actual content, learner groups and delivery capacity. We use a tailored proposal until scope and unit economics are repeatable enough to publish a price.
