What we do with what you send us.

This notice covers information you send to Potential Courses through this website: the program enquiry form and any email you send us from it.

It does not cover learner data on the Potential.com learning platform. If you are enrolled on a program, your courses, assessments and learning records are held on that platform under Potential.com's own notice and the terms agreed with your organization.

Required in the enquiry form: your name, work email, organization, the service you want to discuss, and a short description of the capability you want to build.

Optional, if you choose to add them: your role, approximate audience size, capability area, the languages you need, delivery location or format, and desired timing.

Automatically: standard web request data, and any utm, ref or partner parameters in the link you arrived on, so we know which campaign or referral the enquiry came from.

Do not send learner rosters, assessment files, personal data about your staff, or confidential program material through this form. If we need those, we agree a secure project channel first.

The form does not ask for and should not receive special category data, identification documents, or payment details.

To reply to your request, prepare a scoping conversation and, where it goes further, produce a proposal.

Your free-text answers stay on our systems and with the commercial and learning owners handling your request. They are not copied into general analytics tools.

Marketing updates are a separate choice from the reply to your request. If you do not tick that box, you will not be added to a marketing list.

Enquiries are routed to the shared CRM used by Potential Courses and its sister companies, so one commercial owner picks up the conversation and two teams do not approach you separately about the same need.

This website is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request data to serve the pages.

PENDING LEGAL REVIEW: the full list of processors, the retention period and the international transfer basis are being confirmed and will be published here before launch.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for marketing updates at any time.

Write to programs@potentialcourses.com and we will act on it. If your request concerns learner records rather than a business enquiry, we will pass you to the right contact at Potential.com and tell you that we have done so.
